BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — According to Buffalo Business First, Chef's restaurant is working with development company DLC Management Corp. to potentially open up a second restaurant location in the Williamsville Place Plaza.

Buffalo Business first is reporting that the plan is still in the very early stages and the Italian restaurant is interested in a 6,950 square -foot end-cap spot that will not be as lavish as the Buffalo location, but will still offer a Chef's full menu.

This is the second time in the last decade that the Buffalo staple has thought about opening a second location.

Chef's Owner Louis Billitier Jr. told Buffalo Business First the original Chef's restaurant will stay open and will never leave it's home on the corner of Seneca and Chicago Street in Buffalo.
