AMHERST, N.Y. (WKBW) — When the new Chef's On The Go location opens in Amherst this fall, the first 100 people in line will receive a free order of spaghetti parm. However, one lucky customer will receive much more.
Lou Billittier, Jr., the owner of the popular Chef's Restaurant in Buffalo, announced on Tuesday that one of those first 100 customers would receive free spaghetti parm-- for life.

The prize does have a "one per day" limit.
At the announcement on Tuesday, Billittier also announced plans to franchise the "On The Go" version of Chef's in locations outside of Western New York. He says there are already "several interested parties."
Right now, the new Chef's On The Go in Amherst is expected to open at Williamsville Place, on Sheridan Drive at International Drive, in September.
