BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Warm up with more than 80 different soups at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center at the 9th annual Soup-fest.

"I thought it was something I'd do once, but now I'll probably do it forever," says Matt Carlucci, founder of Buffalo Soupfest. The event has grown over the years to include more vendors, more soup and more space at the convention center. This year's Soup-fest is Sunday, February 17th from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

$5 admission gets you in the door, and each soup from the creatively unique Rueben sandwich or to stuffed hot pepper mac-n-cheese to classic and comforting gumbo or chicken noodle costs about $2 or $3. You'll use "Soup bucks" or tickets to purchase them. Make sure to bring cash to trade for soup bucks.

Until Februrary 14th, you can buy a 4-pack of tickets for $10.

A portion of the proceeds from the event go to local charities, Friends of Night People and The B Team.
