BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Paczki Day is here!

Whether you celebrate Fat Tuesday, Mardis Gras, or Paczki Day, the day before Ash Wednesday is one to eat all the sugary baked goods you can handle. This is something Buffalo is not in short supply of.

If you don't know, paczki are traditional Polish doughnuts, deep-fried pieces of dough flattened into spheres and finished with a sweet filling. They are also usually covered in powdered sugar, icing or glaze.

For Paczki Day, we've compiled a list of where you can celebrate right here in Buffalo:

1. Paula's Donuts
Paula's will be making paczki for one day only with a variety of flavors. Get them powdered or glazed, with either black raspberry, Bavarian or lemon filling.

These paczki are award-winning. Just on Fat Tuesday, they make thousands of their original family-recipe paczki. They will also be a part of the Broadway Market's Paczki Day Celebration.

On top of having paczki, Mazurek's will also be serving King Cake and Fashnacht for Fat Tuesday celebrations.

4. White Eagle Bakery @ Broadway Market Celebration
The Broadway Market will be having a Paczki Day Celebration. The Market will open at 7am so you can buy your favorite paczki at either Chrusciki Bakery or White Eagle Bakery. Docenko will be performing traditional Polish music from 11am to 1pm.
