This week's Healthy Options item is Balsamic Bruschetta Flatbread found at Salvatore’s Pizza Trailer.
This doughy delight hits the spot! The healthy bite is made up of homegrown Roma tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, fresh basil, olive oil, cracked black pepper, salt, minced garlic and balsamic vinaigrette. All served up on freshly baked pizza dough.
The food trailer can be found at the Erie County Fair. Stop by the fair now through August 19th at the Hamburg Fairgrounds.
