BUFFALO, NY (WKBW-TV) — Matt Yuhnke knows his way around grilled cheese and all of its variations. Matt just celebrated the fifth anniversary of his Melting Point restaurant on Allen Street in the heart of Allentown. It's "Buffalo's Premier Grilled Cheese Eatery".
According to Matt there is something "universally delicious about comfort food" and grilled cheese definitely fits that category. He can make a traditional grilled cheese, which sells for $1.99 everyday, as well as many very elevated variations. He says he has a passion for good food and everything at the Melting Point is made fresh.
