BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — For the second year, the Elmwood Village is hosting an Octoberfest. This year the Elmwood Village association decided to host a Porch Fall Fest calling it Porchtoberfest.
The fall festivities begin Friday for Happy Hour at many different restaurants up and down Elmwood Avenue. Saturday the farmer's market opens around 9am where people can pick pumpkins, kids can get their face painted and even see some alpacas at the Elmwood Pet supply store at Elmwood and W.Ferry Street.
The LIVE music starts around 11am and will finish around 5pm all day Saturday. For a full list of events click here.
"It's Buffalo's premiere walking neighborhood so it's a great place to come for a stroll and really enjoy the transition into fall with the community," Ashley Smith, Executive Director of the ELmwood Village Association said.
