We all know someone who is gluten-free! So share this good news with them:
Kith & Kin Bakeshop and Bistro in Lockport is the only strictly gluten-free restaurant in WNY. All the food prepared in the shop is gluten-free! In fact, owners Tim and Lisa Germyn don't allow outside food in the restaurant to avoid potential gluten contamination.
The couple opened the bistro back in 2012 after learning all three of their children had been diagnosed with celiac disease.
Their restaurant originally opened on Dysinger Road in Lockport -- but due to increased demand from gluten-intolerant foodies and those just interested in the diet -- Kith & Kin will be moving to a new location on Transit Road in Lockport!
