Three people have been indicted for the fatal stabbing and beating of a man, back on November 11th.
Erie County District Attorney, Frank Sedita III, reports that Kenneth Smith, 37, Mahalia Guest, 21 and Juakeen Glenn, 19, were all arraigned on second degree murder charges, Monday morning, in front of Erie County Court Judge Kenneth Case.
The previously sealed indictment alleges that the trio beat and stabbed 57-year-old Rafael Martinez to death inside a Grant Street apartment. Authorities say Smith, Guest and Glenn then hid the body in an alley behind Arnold Street.
Smith, Guest and Glenn are each facing 25 years to life, if convicted.
