A one car accident leads to an aggravated DWI arrest in the Town of Hume.
Troopers responded to a reported one-vehicle accident on Pond Road, Thursday evening. Casey Tunney, 31, of Hume was arrested after his vehicle was found partially submerged in the water from a flooded stream.
He was charged with a DWI after a breath test was administered. Troopers say he blew a .20 BAC. Tunney was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.
Tunney was released on tickets and is due in court on July 27 at 6 p.m.
