An Amber Alert has been for a baby girl that was reportedly kidnapped from the Rochester area.
According to our Rochester affilitate, one-year-old Ta-Niyah Williams is safe and the suspect, 27-year-old Terrence Williams is in custody.
Police say Ta-Niyah was taken from an address on Dewey Avenue in Rochester Monday evening.
According to the state's sex offender registry, Williams is listed as a Level 2 sex offender. He was convicted of lewd and lascivious battery in 2014.
