Some neighbors in Buffalo's Elmwood Village are dealing with expensive damage.
They came out Thursday to find their Honda Civic, which was parked near Ashland Avenue and Bidwell, stripped of its tires.
Similar crimes were reported in the same neighborhood in May and last month in Kenmore.
