A hard blow for the families of Flight 3407.

Washington may roll back some of the aviation safety rules they fought so hard for.
A panel in the nation's capital now says it's okay to lower the number of training hours for airline pilots.
One of the rules that could be on the chopping block is one requiring first officers have at least 15-hundred hours of flying experience.
It went into effect after the deadly 3407 crash in 2009.
