More companies, more opportunities, more things to do; it's a recipe that's attracting more millennials to call western New York home.
Buffalo is one of the places to be, according to a report from Time.com. Buffalo is number 12 on a list of 25-top cities where millennials are moving to.
One of those millennials is Pastor Jeremiah Smith. He is 27 and just became ordained at Parkside Lutheran Church on Saturday.
Smith says he's excited to do God's work and spread that love in a city on the rise.
“Overwhelmed to be back in Buffalo. We'll pray hard for sports teams, too. But, just overwhelmed with the positive things going on in this city,” said Smith. He’s moving to Buffalo with his family after living in California.
