Mayor Byron Brown helped the City celebrate 716 day Sunday. The Mayor issued a proclamation recognizing the day, July 16, which matches the area code of Buffalo and Western New York.
During the proclamation, the Mayor thanked the men and women in the Buffalo Fire Department and Buffalo Police Department who work to keep the 716 safe all year long.
The Buffalo Bills and One Buffalo also recognized the day.
