A fire in a first floor bedroom at 108 Selkirk Street in South Buffalo around 10:30 Saturday morning caused significant damage before being brought under control by Buffalo firefighters.
Initial damage has been listed at $15,000 with the cause currently under investigation.
One resident was treated for burns at the scene.
