Niagara County Sheriff's deputies announced Tuesday the arrest of a 28-year-old man in a sex abuse investigation.
Timothy Sweeney, of Buffalo, is charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Deputies arrested Sweeney after an investigation into alleged incidents in the Town of Somerset over the past few months.
Sweeney is due back in court Thursday evening.
