Buffalo Police say they have a 35-year-old man in custody in connection with a shots fired call Saturday afternoon.
Officers responded to a home on the first block of Keystone Street just before 2 p.m.
According to police, the suspect had barricaded himself inside a downstairs apartment and was apparently firing shots outside a window with a shotgun.
Police say six people were removed from the upstairs apartment without harm.
Buffalo SWAT and the Crisis Management Team were called to the scene.
Police say the suspect surrendered around 3:30 p.m. He was taken to ECMC to be evaluated.
There were no injuries and charges are pending.
