A Buffalo man who fatally struck another man with his vehicle is heading to prison.
According to the Erie County District Attorney, 27-year-old Eric Dragone was sentenced to 22 and a half years in prison for second degree attempted murder.
Authorities say Dragone hit and killed 44-year-old Jason Hiscutt outside of Rooftops Bar in Buffalo with his truck. Dragone has said he meant to hit someone else when he ran down Hiscutt in June 2015.
