A 25-year-old Buffalo man's condition has been upgraded to fair after he was gunned down inside a home in the 200 block of Orange Street early Saturday morning.
Buffalo police continue to investigate the shooting, which occurred around 3:30 a.m. Detectives say the man was struck by gunfire inside a home during a dispute with a man that the victim knew.
So far there has been no arrests made in the case.
