The Buffalo Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred September 6, 1998.
Matthew Sullivan was killed that day near Richmond and West Utica Streets. Investigators say there are people who have knowledge about this case and are asking those people to come forward.
Crimestoppers and the Police Department are offering $2,500 for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the person responsible for the homicide.
