Buffalo Police continue to investigate a fatal shooting that happened on the city's east side early Sunday.
Police say a 36-year-old man was shot around Genesee and Herman Streets around 3 a.m. Sunday. He was taken to ECMC, where he was later pronounced dead.
No further information is available at this time.
Five people were shot at a gatheringjust a few blocks away earlier in the night, no word on whether the two incidents are connected at this time.
