The City of Buffalo is receiving high praise for its LGBT policies.
The Queen City earned 94 points on the Human Rights Campaign's "2015 Municipal Equality Index."
The index is based on laws, policies, and services of certain cities, rating them on the basis of their inclusivity of LGBT residents.
