A Buffalo woman faces 15 years in prison for the death of her ex-husband.

A guilty verdict was delivered Monday against 38-year-old Cuansharee Palmer.  Charges include one count of Manslaughter in the Second Degree, two counts of Vehicular Manslaughter in the Second Degree, four counts of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger Less than 16, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

It was back on April 30, 2017 when Palmer pinned the victim, 39-year-old Donnell Sharp, beneath her SUV. This happened outside Sharp's home on East Morris Avenue in Buffalo. Firefighters were able to pull Sharp out from under the vehicle, but he later died from his injuries.

Palmer was driving with a BAC nearly twice the legal limit. The couple's two children, a three and a five-year-old were both in the backseat of the car at the time.

Palmer is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday, July 27.

Sharp's family has been working tirelessly for a conviction in this case, to see more, click here.
