The case against local parents accused of endangering the welfare of their three young children has been pushed back.
24-year-old Maureen Fabre and 26-year-old Terrell Hagans appeared in city court on Tuesday. The judge reiterated his ruling that the parents should have no contact with their children under any circumstances.
Fabre and Hagans were charged last month with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child after their three young children were found extremely malnourished and living in deplorable conditions on 15th street.
They are due back in court on August 23rd.
