The mansion, which is located along the shores of Lake Erie in Derby, has a listing of nearly two-million dollars.
The Columban Center has been used mainly as a retreat center for decades.
The Georgian mansion was built in 1914 as a summer residence for the Hans Schmidt family, which ran a leather tanning business in Buffalo.
