Dramatic video is coming out of Rochester.
A car burst into flames at a gas station this morning.
Store owners say the driver had just filled a gas can and put it in his car.
After the explosion, you can see the man drop to the ground a roll to put out the fire on his sleeve.
He's being treated for second a third-degree burns.
