Buffalo City Hall could easily be mistaken for an art museum these days. No there are no pieces from Picasso or Monet, but lining the lobby are hundreds of works from Buffalo Public School students. It's all part of the 49th Annual Pre-K Art Show.

More than two-thousand students put together pieces of art inspired by a famous artist and they get to show them off in the lobby of city hall.

"It's really all they've been talking about.", said Supervisor of Elementary Education Jessica Sipes. "They call it the big building. They are going to City Hall to show off all of their hard work."

Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown read a proclamation naming May 4th Pre- K Art Show Day in the city.
