Some 450,000 people attended Taste of Buffalo this past weekend in downtown Buffalo, according to crowd estimates released by the city.
The two-day food fest is the second largest festival of its kind in the country, featuring more than 50 local restaurants and wineries.
This year's Taste expanded by a block down Delaware Avenue to Johnson Park, allowing vendors and visitors more room to stretch out under the summer sun.
Many visitors also stopped by the 7 Eyewitness News tent, which this year was located inside Niagara Square near Delaware. Members of the 7 Eyewitness News team met many of our friends and fans, and also helped visitors download our WKBW app. Thank you to everyone who stopped by!
Hundreds of people also donated a dollar to Rocks of Unity, a non-profit campaign that celebrates diversity and uses dialogue art to educate and empower.
