BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Finger Lakes region will enter Phase Three of New York's reopening process on Friday.
Governor Andrew Cuomo made the announcement during his daily briefing Thursday morning.
The Finger Lakes region includes Genesee, Wyoming and Orleans counties.
Under New York's Phase Three plan, Restaurants/Food Service and Personal Care services can resume.
The Western New York region is set to enter Phase Three next week.
