NEW YORK (WKBW) — The New York State Department of Health says it is offering free rapid COVID-19 testing in Allegany, Cattaraugus, and Chautauqua counties.
The state says this comes after a rise in COVID-19 cases in counties in New York State next to the Pennsylvania border.

Allegany County
