ALBANY. N.Y. (WKBW) — During a conference call on Wednesday morning, Governor Andrew Cuomo provided COVID-19 reopening guidance for both indoor and outdoor family entertainment attractions in New York State.

These indoor attractions can begin to reopen on March, 26 2021 at 25% capacity. Masks, social distancing, temperature checks as well as frequent cleaning and sanitation will be required. Rides or attractions that cannot be cleaned must not be used.

Similar guidelines will also be in place for outdoor family attractions, like amusement parks, when they're permitted to reopen on April, 9 2021. These attractions will be permitted to operate at 33% capacity.

In addition, the Cuomo administration announced that overnight summer camps can plan on opening in June.
