A North Tonawanda woman is facing felony charges after state police say she was driving under the influence of drugs in the Town of Boston.
Police say Michele Berg was under the influence when they found her at a 7-Eleven on Boston State Road Sunday morning.
Two children were sleeping in the back seat of the vehicle. Troopers say they found marijuana, crack cocaine and heroin in the car. Berg failed sobriety tests administered by police.
Berg was arrested and charged with DWAI under Leandra’s Law, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The children were turned over to a relative. Berg is due back in Boston Town Court August 20th.
