State Police say a woman fatally shot a man on Christmas Eve over an apparent property dispute.
Troopers were called around 1:30 p.m. to Swain Hill Road in the Town of Andover. Police say Donna Hahn, 52, who lives in the residence, fatally shot Duane Hurlburt, 44, who also lives in the residence, following an argument about the property.
Hahn is charged with second degree murder and first degree manslaughter and is being held in the Allegany County Jail without bail.
