NEW YORK, N.Y. (WKBW) — ABC News projects Pennsylvania's Democratic Lt. Gov. John Fetterman will win the state's Senate race, flipping the seat.
Fetterman ran against Dr. Mehmet Oz, the GOP nominee.
The seat was vacated by retiring Republican Sen. Pat Toomey.
