A national campaign against drunk driving kicks off today.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is starting its "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over" campaign for the holiday season. Police officers across the country will be on the road looking for impaired drivers.
Police want to encourage people to designate a sober driver, or call a cab when they know they'll be drinking. The campaign lasts through January 1. More than 33,000 tickets were issued during last year's campaign.
