A Youngstown man is under arrest and facing DWI charges following a rollover crash on Boxing Day.
State Police say 47-year-old Brett Bersani hit a curb and flipped over along the Robert Moses Parkway in Niagara Falls.
When interviewed, Troopers say Bersani had a strong odor of alcohol and was slurring his speech. He was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital where in investigators say he refused blood and breath tests. Bersani also suffered a head injury in the crash.
Bersani is due back in court on January 12th.
