A Rochester man is in trouble with Orchard Park police, after they arrested him at Tuesday's U2 concert.
Police say Joseph Danno was flying a drone over the bus parking lot at New Era Field.
The drone was flying around 8:00 p.m. Tuesday. Police say they confiscated his drone.
Orchard Park police charged Danno with trespassing with an unmanned aircraft. He'll be in court next month.
Six other people were arrested by Orchard Park police for soliciting without permits at the concert.
