Set your DVR for Saturday night or park it in front of your flat screen and watch Western New York come alive on cable TV.

The Lifetime network movie "A Mother's Revenge" debuts this weekend and features a number of familiar sights from around the Buffalo-Niagara region.

Viewers who tune in to the Lifetime Movie Network on Saturday at 8 p.m. will see scenes from Niagara Falls State Park, Old Falls Street, Aquarium of Niagara, Coca-Cola Field, Hotel Lafayette, The Lodge Restaurant, the Buffalo History Museum and the quad at Buffalo State College.

The scenes were shot last summer, when the movie was known as "Trial." It was renamed "Accidental Switch" before producers settled on "A Mother's Revenge," which is billed as a psychological thriller about a woman who flies to Buffalo to attend her daughter's college graduation. While at the airport, she accidentally grabs the wrong suitcase... a mistake that quickly comes back to haunt her.

The movie stars Jamie Luner, Steven Brand and Audrey Whitby.

After its debut Saturday at 8 p.m. it will be repeated at midnight and again on May 21st at 6 p.m.
