The East Aurora woman convicted of animal abuse last year will be sentenced again Tuesday.
This time, Beth Hoskins will be sentenced for violating her probation.
A judge ordered her to sell 32 of her 68 horses, something prosecutors say she has not done.
Last year, she was sentenced to probation and 500 hours of community service after being convicted of neglecting dozens of horses on her farm in East Aurora.
