CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY (WKBW) — With 100% of the precincts reporting, Jason Schmidt has won the race for Chautauqua County District Attorney.
Democrat Patrick Swanson, the incumbent, ran against the Republican challenger Schmidt.
Schmidt ran on a “Victims First” campaign strategy that included criticism of his opponent’s record.
