Sometimes, a baby just isn't willing to wait to be born!
The Erie County Sheriff's office shared on Facebook the story of how one of their deputies delivered their own son on the way to the hospital.
According to the post, Deputy Szkatulski and his wife were on their way to the hospital, so just after 9 p.m. on Monday, the deputy pulled over on Boston State Road to deliver his son.
The family did eventually make it to the hospital, where everyone is doing great, the sheriff's office says.
Congrats to the happy family!
