Escape City Buffalo just opened in Tonawanda and it's the newest entry in the category of "extreme fun". This is the latest enterprise to offer guests a chance to be locked in a room with nothing but a few clues to figure your way out.
Director of operations Steve Szortyka says "it's a live action adventure game so essentially you're playing a video game in real life."
Instructions are given, releases are signed and then the players have 60 minutes to figure their way out. They have one room opened so far with three more planned.
Created by the same people that brought you Frightworld, no creepy detail has been overlooked. Stever says "you are going to experience a lot of emotions, but you are under surveillance and you are completely safe, you are in a controlled environment."
