Kane's lawyer, Paul Cambria, asked for an adjournment. Buffalo City court Judge Barbara Johnson Lee granted the request, setting a motions hearing for October 31st.
Kane is accused of harassing multiple people at Bottoms Up on Chippewa Street. He's facing four harassment charges and one count of criminal trespass. Police say the complaints include three women and a man.
7 Eyewitness News asked Cambria if there were any talks of settlement, he said no.
