Wade Westfall, 32 of Arcade faces multiple charges after a traffic stop in the Town of Rushford on July 3.
According to the New York State Police, troopers arrested Westfall for DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.
At first, he was pulled over for an expired registration. Police later found out he had a suspended license.
While being troopers interviewed Westfall, they noticed the odor of alcohol.
He was arraigned in the Town of Rushford Court, then taken to Allegany County Jail on $5000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
Westfall is scheduled to reappear in Rushford court on August 7.
