Sinatra & Company Real Estate was behind turning the idea of Expo into the real thing.
"Ultimately this space is 7,600 square feet," said Matt Connors the Vice President of Development fro Sinatra & Co. "It's a large footprint on Main Street. Previous restaurants have had limited success so we decided to chop it up and really create and exposition of multiple restaurant vendors."
The open concept of Expo extends all the way to the kitchen. Five of the restaurants share one large kitchen in the center of the complex.
For GBGB and Crush Juicery business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The remaining vendors will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
