ALBION, N.Y. (WKBW) — Two students have been taken plea deals to charges of conspiracy, surrounding a plot to kill and injure students at Albion Middle School.
7 Eyewitness News has obtained information from the Orleans County District Attorney saying neither student may spend time in secured detention, and will not serve jail time.
Both students plead guilty to conspiracy charges, however one of the students has also plead guilty to aggravated harassment, and will appear in Orleans County Family Court on February 25th for sentencing.
