BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Teachers from across Western New York are planning to protest in front of Buffalo City Hall on Tuesday.
The 'Change Starts with me Rally' will start at 4:15 p.m., Tuesday.
The goal is to hold other educators accountable to combat racism in the education system.
Teachers are also demanding an end to practices that support the school to prison pipeline, while attempting to create a culturally responsive school environment, and empowering Black and Brown students.
