One man is dead after a fire in Niagara Falls that police and fire crews are now investigating as arson.
The fire department was called to the structure fire at 522 Niagara Street around 8:00 p.m. Thursday. One man was confirmed dead, and his name is being withheld until his family is properly notified.
Part of Niagara Street was shut down while crews were on the scene.
This is the second fatal fire in Niagara Falls in two weeks. Seven-year-old Hannah Lucas died August 18th, when her family's home on South Avenue went up in flames.
