A federal grand jury has indicted a Lackawanna man on multiple drug charges.
The grand jury returned the six-count indictment Monday charging 40-year-old Elias Armand with multiple drug offenses involving Armand's alleged possession and distribution of heroin, fentanyl and cocaine.
Armand is accused of conspiring with others to possess and distributing illegal narcotics between 2014 and February 2, 2017.
DEA Special agents and detectives from the Lackawanna Police department raided Armand's home in April. During the search, officer recovered 500 grams of cocaine, a pistol, ammunition, a digital scale, packaging equipment and three empty packages addressed from China.
